Printing Gmail Messages

 

Print a single email

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print just one of those emails.

1. On your computer, open Gmail.
2. Open the email you want to print.
3. In the top right of the email, click the Down arrow   Print.

Print an email with replies

If there are multiple emails within the same conversation, you can print all those emails together.

1. On your computer, open Gmail.
2. Open the conversation you want to print.
3. In the top right, click Print all .
