ID Badge
- Walk up to copier and swipe ID badge on small black Wave ID reader
- Associate badge with login for first time access
- Enter your district username and password
- Click Associate to connect your login with your ID badge
- Message appears: Thanks now you can use your card to login, click OK
- Swipe ID badge again to access copier functions and release print jobs
- Log out
Follow these steps if you do not have your ID Badge
Press Username and Password
- Enter your district username and password on main screen
- Click Login
OR
Press ID Number
- Enter your 6 digit employee ID beginning with the letter e (ex. e187654)
- Click login
Print to copier
- Mac - Install PTHSD Secure Print from Self Service
- Windows - Go to Start, type in \\pthsd-02 and click Enter, locate and double click on PTHSD-SecurePrint
- Chromebook - Choose PTHSD-SecurePrint in your printer list
Scan
- Swipe or login to copier
- Choose scan
- Select scan to email or scan to Google Drive
- The first scan to Google Drive requires authorization - you will receive an email with the subject Authorize Scans for PaperCut MF to save to your Google Drive
- Click login to Google drive in the email
- Allow Scans for PaperCutMF
- After authorizing, a folder will be created in your Google Drive called Scans for PaperCut MF. Your scanned files will be in that folder.
- You will also receive an email confirming your scan has been sent to Google Drive, and it includes a link directly to that file.
Copy
- Swipe or login to copier
- Select Device Functions
- Select Copier Classic
