printers are deployed in such a way that they are not actually installed on the virtual machine, but presented when you go to print. as such they are not listed in the "installed printers" list in windows. this makes it difficult for users to remove. but there is a workaround. the notepad app .
click the start button and type "notepad" then hit enter or return on your keyboard. try to print anything from notepad. (it can just be a blank page). when the print window pops up you can right click on the printer you don't want and choose "delete"
remove any unwanted printers and from there you should be good to go.
