On February 22, 2022, Frontline Education is transitioning our Frontline Education products to their Insights Platform. This will be a new way for our employees to access the Absence Management system. For those employees who work with Frontline’s IEP, RTI, and/or Recruiting and Hiring systems, the Insights Platform will also provide a way to navigate between each of the Frontline Education applications.
Starting on February 22, 2022, at approx. 1pm, Frontline’s Insights Platform will be accessed via Google Apps or via our district website.
Google Apps: Click on the Google App Launcher icon (the waffle), then click on the Frontline App icon
PTHSD Website: Click on Staff Resources, then click on Frontline Applications
Select your district Google account. Then select Absence Management from the list of Frontline applications.
For those employees who work with Frontline’s IEP, RTI, and/or Recruiting and Hiring systems in addition to the Absence Management system, you can navigate between these applications using Insights’ app-switching feature. Simply click the current application name in the upper left corner (1) and a drop-down list will appear (2).
For those employees who have multiple roles in Frontline’s Absence Management system, you can navigate between these roles using Insights’ role- switching feature. Simply click on your name in the upper right corner (1) and a drop-down list will appear (2).
Connecting to Absence Management via telephone – this access method is not changing. You will continue to be able to telephone the Absence Management system using your Phone Login ID and Pin.
Should you have problems accessing the Insights Platform on February 22, 2022 Launch Day, please enter a helpdesk ticket for assistance. Please note the Insights Platform will not be available until after 1pm on February 22, 2022.
