If you are unable to login to Genesis after resetting your password, please complete the following steps on your computer to resolve the issue:
1. Open Self Service:
2. Login to Self Service using your District Username and Password:
3. Under Featured find Fix My Keychain and Click Install:
4. Click Install Again on the box that pops up:
5. Your computer will reboot
Upon Reboot please attempt to log into Genesis again
You will also need to re-enter your new password for both Google Drive and your Email account.
