Receiving Email from incorrect Distribution List
If you are receiving Email mailings from schools you don't work in, or not receiving emails from the school you are currently working in, please open a helpdesk ticket by going to https://pthsd.zendesk.com.
If you are unsure how to open a Help Desk ticket please follow the instructions found here.
List the school groups to be added to and/or removed from in the ticket.
This process should take approximately 24-48 hours to take effect.
