District Staff: 

If you are receiving Email mailings from schools you don't work in, or not receiving emails from the school you are currently working in, please complete the following steps. 




Step 1: Open a Help Desk Ticket

Please open a help desk Ticket by going to https://pthsd.zendesk.com

If you are unsure how to open a Help Desk ticket please follow the instructions found here.


Step 2: Complete form and copy and paste into Help Desk Ticket

Please  Copy and paste  and complete the information below in the Help Desk Ticket prior to submitting



Dear TSS Help Desk: 

Please add me to the Following Distribution List so I may receive emails for my school :

<insert School Name Here>


Please Remove me from the following distribution Lost as I am No longer working at this School 

<insert School Name Here>


Thank You


This process should take approximately 24-48 hours to take effect.



If you are still having Issues changing your password, please contact the TSS Help Desk by dialing 4444 from any district phone so we can assist you over the phone, or by opening a Help Desk Ticket using the Instructions here
