If you recently clicked on one of the spam emails regarding the Google Docs Spam Issue that occurred in district on Wednesday 05/03/2017 this information will help in containing any issues that may have occurred locally on your computer, Device, or Google Account in General.
The email would have looked something like the picture below:
To resolve any issue that may have occurred to your computer, you MUST complete the Following Steps.
Step 1: Go to myaccount.google.com/permissions
Step 2: Locate Google Docs in the list that comes up (see picture below for example of screen)
If Google Docs IS show Click on it and continue to step 3
If Google Docs IS NOT shown, please disregard any further steps you are done troubleshooting.
Step 3: Click Google Docs then Click Remove
This should resolve this issue
